Gorgeous historic property with great service
Posted 30 Oct 2023 on HotelsStayed twice (each for one night) on a recent road trip with the family. Such a lovely hotel: pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful old property in the centre of Nancy; some available car parking nearby. A warm and helpful welcome; a personalised breakfast service, and the most comfortable beds. Really top end bathrooms inserted into the rooms; lovely Nuxe toiletries. The hotel won't suit everyone - it would be tricky for people with mobility issues as there is no lift, and a spiral stone staircase - but for lovers of character properties this is a pure joy. Would wholeheartedly recommend, and look forward to returning.

Excellent staff and stay. Lovely breakfast. Spiral stone staircase to levels 2 and 3. Great security. I especially like it for the history; 5 minute walk to the Old Quarter — Stanislas Plaza. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Very cozy and quiet. The building is beautiful and the room was amazing and clean, had all the amenities you needed and the coffee machine was great. The breakfast was great. Best of all was the staff, made us feel so welcome and were really helpful.

Staff are super lovely and attentive, the lady that checked us in was wonderful. It was a quick pit stop for us as we needed to get to Calais to get back to the UK so only stayed for 1 night. Gorgeous building, rooms are clean, the only thing I would say is that there was a bit of a smell in our room.
