Convenient and comfortable

However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting.

Amazing stay at Mercure
Posted 30 Aug 2023 on HotelsWhat an amazing experience we had at Mercure Namur! Thanks to Vanessa at reception our stay kicked off with a big smile on our faces. She kindly took care of every request we made and was able to provide us with an upgrade based on our Gold membership. She also helped us with parking advice and information. What can I say she was a total angel! The hotel is very modern and I like the style. Everything is spotless clean. Minibar was free which was a nice touch. Hotel is located by the river and close to the Citadelle. You can hike up to the Castle and I fully recommend stopping by Le Panorama restaurant (it has the most amazing views and good prices).
