Naries Namakwa Retreat 2023, with friends
Posted 15 Sep 2023 on HotelsOur stay at Naries Namakwa Retreat was excellent, it was a wonderful experience to stay in one of the Mountain suites. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The meals are excellent. This will be I stay that I will always remember.

Posted 15 Aug 2023 on HotelsCompliments to the chef. Excellent food. Two people in our party gluten intolerant and she went out of her way to accommodate them. Even baked special goodies for them.
The waiters were all also very friendly. All in a very enjoyable stay.
Good place to explore the flowers from.

Stunning setting and very comfortable stay

Pros: The room was well equipped (including an electric blanket which was much appreciated in the cold weather). Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: A series of interconnecting trails meant that walks could be chosen for any level of fitness and the views were stunning.
Comfortable rooms, good food and a stunning setting were all great but the staff made the place. All were helpful, friendly and informative. The ‘lapa’ was well equipped for sunset drinks with a display on the history and natural history of the area and Janine and Ian were friendly hosts ready to answer all questions. Well-marked trails and amazing views across the Namakwa made walking a pleasure.
