Do not know how to accept their Expedia bookings

Pros: The AC worked
Cons: About everything. The bed was a rock with plastic on it
Location: Restaurant across the street was good
Prepaid for room through Expedia and the hotel took 40 minutes to check me in. I had to show them my booking on my phone three times. It was hot as h*** out and they kept us standing in the heat, clueless as what to do.
