The room is clean and quite. The location is excellent and very convenient for everyone to travel. There can be some improvement in lighting inside the room.

I like it close to the train station, clean, neat and all necessities are available, staff are good in communication using English as we cant speak Japanese.
I will come again next time if I go to Nagoya again.

I made an error in booking the room and didn’t realize after I had checked in. I went back downstairs to see if they could help however I was greeted with rudeness and was offered no help except an extra blanket. I understand it may be difficult to adjust reservations after the fact but to show no care or want to help a guest is disappointing
