Great hotel with great staff

Really nice hotel, the food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend (particularly Japheth and James).

Calm, tranquil place!

Stay was good. Staff is friendly, and service was good. Food options can be improved. However, we did enjoy our meals.

Excellent experience and setting. Slightly taken aback by strict check out time of 10.00am with 1000ksh an hour if we overstayed.

The cottages were okay. Had all the amenities but the decor was off. The service we received at breakfast was AMAZING. I would go back again and recommend it just for the service and the breathtaking view of the lake at the pool.
