The rooms are run down for the price I paid and the bed was squawking with every turn I made. The bath tab had molds. I have spent the night in a cheaper and much better hotel in Ruiru.

TERRIBLE

Garbage hotel had booked 13 nights and just stayed one. Nothing is as advertised. Deluxe room with no microwave and no mini fridge. No safe in the room and they post signs in the room that they are not responsible for your belongings. You can hear sounds from rooms 3 door down. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Forced to park way too far from the property, literally deep in the woods, and walk to the hotel. Due to the fact that the bar open to public and there are live performances they get priority not the residents. Had to beg for the assistance to bring luggage to my room, the sleeping front desk personnel protesting she was working “ alone” I don’t do the staffing, so can not help how many staff are on duty.

Ok place to stay, not rushing back to stay again

The resort is in need of updating, no hot water, no fridge, in general it was ok, clean and comfortable for the price....

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THERES A BROWN LADY WITH SHORT HAIR THAT TREATS PEOPLE WITH SO MUCH HATE. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. ROOM SERVICE TAKES TWO HOURS LONG.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. When checking out they act like you’ll run away with their little money even though they have your credit card on file. If you’re white they treat you like a god. But if you’re African you’re discriminated against. Pathetic place to stay. I won’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away
