From the moment I made the reservation it went smoothly. I was particularly impressed by the prompt responses of the hotel staff… they were very kind and reassured me. Thank you very much. We’ll be back.

Arrived in the rain and dark so not seen the property outside but inside lovely and great care taken to make us feel welcome

As far as Airport hotels goes, this property ticks all the boxes and offers more.
the property is fresh and extremely well managed.
The plus is the rooftop restaurant. the room sizes are good for the weary traveller that needs comfort.
The airport pick up and shuttle to the airport 24/7 was reliable. This is very important when you arrive late and need to catch an early flight.
I will stay here again if the need arises.

This is my second time visiting four points. I love how convenient it is. After a 20 hour flight the bed was so comfortable. I felt well rested in the morning. The breakfast buffet has so much variety, fresh and delicious. The staff are all excellent from the free shuttle pick up to the staff at the buffet. The only issue which was quickly resolved was empty soap in the shower and hand towels.
