Très bon service et confort général. Personnel très sympathique et disponible.
Grande déception car plusieurs sites, l'Hôtel était reporté comme Hotel Spa alors que ce n'est pas le cas; Il y a seulement des massages disponibles et encore je ne peux pas le confirmer mais pas même une piscine ni de gym.

Absolutely excellent! The food was the best we had during our entire 2week trip to Kenya. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The personnel were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. We will definitely be returning

We arrived very late but we’re graciously greeted and accommodated. The hotel is beautiful! Nice amenities and good food. Will stay here again.

Excellent value. Ambience less than best 5 star hotels but excellent for what it is. Cant beat it for value, facilities, service and location. Very friendly

The staff were wonderful albeit slow at times. However, there is no gym (which their website implies) and my water was often cold. Food was very very boring

The staff was very good and helpful.however the room I had booked online wasn't the room I was given .when I booked online i was given room 753 but when I arrived I was given room 503
