The Crowne Plaza is a well presented, upmarket property with excellent, helpful and professional staff.
The downside is it is not quite as close to the airport as portrayed, it’s an 10minute or so bus ride, and the surrounding area is very run down with no amenities.

The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem
Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!

Excellent service and attention. The fan in my room was noisy. Couldn't sleep till I turned it off.
