I need a refund for this hotel. This hotel was checked into, and checked out of same night. The hotel was disgusting. Pics attached. This has caused major problems not the least of which is having to walk around middle of Nairobi at night with all my luggage trying to find a place to stay. The room: was full of bugs, was getting attacked by mosquitoes (they left a can of EMPTY mosquito spray in the room), there was no warm shower water, there was a hole in ceiling fixed with toilet paper, other parts of the ceiling were entirely falling off, the toilet would not flush (even though it ran constantly and would not turn off), all the lights were full of dead bugs, there was disgusting mold all over the ceiling. Thats just the start. I refused to stay. Again, I want a refund. I did not even spend the first night. Management was beyond not helpful and refused to refund. Without a doubt the most disguting room I have ever seen. Oh yeah, there refund policy is you have to cancel 48 hours before they jam you in the most disgusting room you have ever seen. STOLE $702.00, and once back in States credit card disputes will be filed and Expedia has been contacted.

Staff generally friendly. A lot of mosquitoes around due to the many trees.Sign boards giving direction not very conspicuous as property is in a hidden corner off a street.
