Positives: This hotel is a very nice hotel. Reasonably priced for the Naha area. It is clean and very functional.The breakfast buffet was delicious.The onsite washing/dryer was nice. Very easy to catch a cab or public transportation. Staff is friendly, even with the language barrier. Lots of great restaurants near by. Complementary toiletry items in the lobby. It was a nice place to stay.
Negatives: There is NO early check in. Showers are designed for much shorter individuals(I know it's Japan). The shower/tub is deep and there is no grab bar to hold while stepping in and no anti skid. The only storage for clothes is 4 hangers, no drawers of any kind. No extra pillows when requested. Would have been nice if there was a common area that groups of travelers in different rooms could meet up, or eat take away food from local restaurants together. The area used for the breakfast buffet is closed when not in use. This would be a nice space for guests to gather or work since the space available in the rooms is limited.

Very nice Japanese breakfast. All amenities are very high quality. Coin Laundry room works very well. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. We (party of seven) wanted for nothing. Ten stars!!!!!
