we only stayed one night. nice place, walkable from the major station, very close to convenience store, first floor has nice area to hangout, get a drink. we were 20mins earlier to check in, so we had to wait which was fine. but then we were told it still wasn't ready 1 hr after our check in time, so we had to wait more. but other than that, it is fine. nice view from our floor.

Absolutely opt in for breakfast. It was really good every day! The building was really clean and quiet and the neighborhood around it is very cute

Best breakfast and loved the indoor onsen. Great location near station, good cafe nearby we loved everything.

The room we stayed in was clean but small. General condition is ok but not great. There is a spa area which we didnt use. Breakfast is good but not many options. Location is 10min walk from station.

Hotel is clean and new. Quite a walk to JR Nagoya Station although there’s a subway entrance few mins from the hotel. The staff who assisted us during check-in is not so welcoming but overall stay is still pleasant.

Hotel is close to jR station, very convenient if you use the correct exit. We arrived a bit late, no problem with check in but there is no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants close to the hotel close around 9, 9:30 pm. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety , options are quite healthy as well
