I liked the hotel but room was small and you have to pay for amenities. Somewhat false advertising

First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean convenience safe and polite staff.
However I wish they have a coin operated laundry.

Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and great view. Check out is noon, which allows the guests to be more relaxed. The location is close to Kintetsu Line. But, $$$, so, no wonder.
