The facilities were attractive and there were a nice selection of complimentary amenities provided in the lobby. The staff were attentive. The room was clean and modern. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the convenience store below. We had a lovely stay!

Worth every pennie. Close to everything, very friendly staff.
If only I can add something, probably a TV in rooms, because there is none with the room we booked.
Overall still perfect accomodation

Hotel near shopping area many big department store easy to airport easy to find food

Location! So close to a lot of fun activities. It was a bit dirty (carpets) but bedding and everything else was good.

Location is superb as the hotel is in the middle of Sakae, the main shopping district of Nagoya. Subway station is only a few minutes walk away.

The check in process was seamless. When we entered the bathroom we noticed that it did not smell clean. The smell came from the shower curtain that did not dry well. We also noticed molds at the corner of the shower/ bath tub. The carpet of the room had visible stains. We found used slippers under the bed. There was also a small tube of used toothpaste on the floor under the dresser. The room was not cleaned well and was not up to the standards that we would expect of Japan. We called the attention of the staff and this was addressed immediately.
