Property was ok. The room was nice, great shower head. The property did not have onsite parking available like they listed on Expedia (it’s been broken for some time). The front desk staff was helpful and did speak English which was a great help. Offsite parking was in a pachinko parlor, and was fairly expensive expensive. We ended up parking across the street. Nice laundry facility that isn’t advertised.

The rooms are small but the hotel was quiet and well kept. It was in a great central location, only a couple blocks from subway and other food and activities.

It was a refurbished business hotel and more than ample. only the bathroom was a bit antique. had a good sleep, it was convenient and no complaints

Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a large crack in the tile. For the price would stay again.

I would recommend that when you advertise your hotel as a business hotel the internet would be a lot better than it is. Hotel need to upgrade the internet and the WiFi.

There was a constant air conditioning fan noise in the room even though I turned off it. First two nights it was difficult to sleep.

The room was very dirty and there were stains all around the room. The place is run down, but the area is convenient.
