There was no hot water in the bathroom There were mosquitoes at night There was a hot water kettle but no coffee or tea bags or sugar

Hotel as such is good except hot water facility. There was no hot water even after letting ten buckets of water flow. I sent an intimation to the hotel through Expedia that my parents would be travelling and they replied too. But when my parents went in, hotel staff was not aware of the booking. Also, during the checkout, they were asked to pay, though full payment was already made. There is some miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel.
