Checkin process was pathetic. The person at reception said that it’s cancelled. Upon insisting he checked and found our reservation and this process took some time and could have been smooth. The taps doesn’t have hot and cold water indicator and whichever way you turn the tap it gives hot water. No room service. There is a Arya bhawan restaurant nearby which is awesome. Virudhnagar paratha is a must try.

Friendly staff, nice marble tile on floor of room. ....located close to good restaurants... Shower water could have been hotter

Worst experience

This was the worst hotel I'd booked through hotels.com The first room was not clean. We moved to another one which was similar. We asked for clean sheets and the ones we got were terrible. There was no daily room cleaning. There is no restaurant in the hotel as advertised. Overall this was the worst hotel I've stayed in a long time.

Not to Expedia standards

Facilities are poorly designed. We had booked a room with a queen-size bed, but the room had two large beds that didn't quite fit there. We had to move the beds around to be able to open the bathroom door fully or the closet door. The bathroom sink is tiny and one cannot wash one's arms or even face without getting water all over. During the five-day stay, there was housekeeping on only one day -- and toilet paper was never replaced and we had to get our own. The place also lacks a proper lobby.

Good hotel

Convenient ,Clean Hotel and good staff good bathroom everithing ok but I don`t know why you taken credit card details and that is not secuir that`s good if you charge full payment by secuir site and this is good for boths one more thing electronically doors locks get open by one card

Dear Arun - Apologies, I did not notice your feedback for so long. Thank you for your great feedback. The credit cards are either processed through Expedia or using payment processing vendor's link (ccAVenue) and both are very secured. We try not to complete the payment unless it is peak season. Also your comments on the electronic lock is not very clear. Let us know if you have any comments on the lock so we can take care of the issue. Thanks - Hotel Reech

Scenic and Neat Stay

Property was excellent in terms of location and view. Only thing is that we happened to be in a new constructed room that did not have intercom yet. Hopefully in the next few months this would get fixed and it will be a great stay for everyone.
