Lovely little fish village.
Posted 1 Sep 2019 on HotelsVery nice private room with view to the sea.
I love the feeling of it.
Can let myself calm and relax.
It is a very lovely small fishing village with a lot of cheap delicious decent Japanese meal. Must visit this area for 2 nights stay.

Nice views. Bath house was very uncared for. Moldy ceilings and tons of bugs crawling in shower area and in the bath water. Bugs got on me as I was showering. Breakfast was the same food every morning, unsure how fresh it actually was. Wallpaper was peeling in our room, and seemed very dirty. A lot of cosmetic things have not been dealt with. We checked out a night early.

This hostel is a real gem of a place. Totally serene, quite large (so plenty of space), and in a really cute little village of Mogi. The staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a small menu for dinner and breakfast available. The kitchen was barely usable, just a hot plate, microwave and toaster with basically no counter space. But, the views over the ocean every morning are stunning, and it's a really relaxing place to spend a few days. There's a supermarket and post office in town, and some really tasty restaurants that are great value. The bath area was a major plus as well. The facilities are solid, but a little run-down. But that's part of the charm of the place, honestly.
