Small room but adequate space for two people. Love the smart tv that allows YouTube viewing when in room. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staffs who warmly welcomed us and responded immediately when we need help!

The New Nagano Hotel is very close to JR Nagano Station making it easy to plan for further exploratory trips using JR Pass and local bus tours etc from the JR Station. There are some wonderful restaurants in the immediate vicinity (especially if one is a seafood lover). Hotel well presented, clean, with efficient staff (the norm in Japan) who were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to help me where necessary.

I had a pleasant one night stay at Hotel New Nagano. The room was clean. Air-conditioning was good. The hotel is very close to the station.
