This place is magic.
the rooms, the view (!!!), the location, breakfast - every little detail has been thought of by the owners, and they have meticulously worked to make sure your stay is perfect.
Outstanding. I'd give 6 stars if it was possible <3 <3

Absolutely everything at this property was picturesque. The rooms while small have a fabulously comfortable bed and all the amenities you could want such as; slippers, robes, extra toiletries a safe and mini fridge. The view cannot be properly described in words…you will just have to go see for yourself. This hotel and town are a must see

Incorporates the charm of the old town of Nafpaktos. Built onto the side of one of the castle walls. The view from our room and the dining area ovelooked the old town and the water. Acces is tricky for a vehicle through a thin cobble stone street but that is part of the charm once you're parked. Easy walking distance to the town center and an engrossing walk up to the castle. Staff was very pleasant and free breakfast was well laid out. For a spur of the moment pick we were thrilled with the result.

A gem of a hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at Ilion Hotel! The first thing we noticed was that our room looked exactly like the pictures (which usually isn't the case in traveling)--it was stunning. The staff was very helpful, despite us speaking 0 Greek. We had an issue with the AC in our room but they were very accommodating, even though it was the middle of the night. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the location was great.

A hidden gem
Posted 12 Sep 2020 on HotelsOnce you realise that the road up is cobbled access was easy! Lovely hotel view from balcony and breakfast terrace. Very Covid careful and helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Town lovely and had nice outside meal in Captain Cook as recommended by hotel.

Lovely small hotel
Posted 3 Oct 2019 on HotelsWell located close to the Venetian harbour a short stroll downhill. A lovely small hotel beautifully presented but not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. A lot of steps up to main property and to rooms.
We had a lovely room with balcony opening out onto a sea view - wonderful!
Breakfast was freshly cooked with a huge selection of baked goods and freshly squeezed orange juice. Lovely omelet. It was our favourite breakfast of the trip.
Car park a little tricky as the streets are narrow but well worth it.
The small town makes a pleasant overnight stop.
