Close to the airport and shops at Namaka.. heating watwr is not working property. At night water heating is not working at all. I suggest if water heating system be fixed

Thank you, Isaia for highlighting that you did not get any hot water during your stay. Our team is working on it - apparently, we are on solar - and lately, the evenings have been quite cold with an early sunset :( We are on the drawing board looking at how we can improve the supply. Vinaka!

Good for a one or two night stay. Very close to airport, your taxi fare from airport to hotel should not be more than $5. Our room was very big. Beds were solid, which we liked.

Done the booking for my mum. Room had a used toilet paper, no hand wash or soap for toilet,no remote for TV, no remote for air conditioning, no phone for room service or enquiries to reception. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and soap. It’s only one night surely all this should have been sorted out before hand.

When you moved in the bed from a sitting position to sleep, it would make a loud noise. Smelled like someone smoked in the car. Property was dirty

I checked in, but the lights didn’t work in the room. It took 30 minutes to get moved to the room next door. The key was sitting on the counter, but the desk clerk was chatting on the phone and had me stand there, no other customers. The room was in eyeshot and no one had to clean it, I just patiently waited for no reason. I had to kill cockroach when I was in the room. The room definitely needed some repairs. Other than that, it was fine.

Upon arrival, I didn’t feel welcomed. But staff was able to check me in and provide me with information needed. In addition, they booked an early taxi to pick me up and drop me off at the airport at the rate of 10FJD. The taxi was on time and waiting outside the lobby when I appeared 5 mins earlier. The bedsheets are not clean as they have stains. Several lizards on the wall and as soon as the room is open, they entered the room as well. I only stayed there one night due to an early flight. It probably takes about 10 mins to walk to the airport terminals, but there are lots of cars and the streets don’t appear walkable.
