The very friendly hotel staff. Immaculately cleaned rooms and spacious. Equipped like a home. We loved our stay.

Very rude staff. We booked this hotel for our anniversary. The staff gave us a wrong room and made us pack and unpack 4 times and moved us to 3 different rooms during the stay. Even sent a male maintenance guy and housekeepers to escort us to move. It totally ruined our trip. The hotel is very run down, very noisy and rude staff. Don’t book this hotel if you want Fijian hospitality, This hotel is a disgrace to Fiji tourism. We will never return to this hotel.

Great location, so clean neat and tidy property. Friendly staff. The pool is the only thing I wish they can upgrade and make it bigger. Only 10 people can fit in the pool which is not fun if you want to have a good swim.

Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Sure we will come back again. Highly recommend.

A mixed bag. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were loveky but a few odd things. The main one was that there is just a frosted glass screen between the bathroom and bedroom so, if you use the toilet at night, the whole bedroom is illuminated too. Also there is a gap at top of the screen so not really very private. We were in apartment right above the pool and did not notice any soundproofing as you could hear everything outside when the pool opened at 8. For some reason they decided to put the waterfall on at 06.45 so earplugs might be needed. Not bad but not the greatest place we have stayed on our trip.
