its very noisy, over crowded and the staff cant cater to all the guests. rooms for the price are old and dingy

We’ve just had ten days at the Sheraton and it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were very clean and the grounds immaculately kept. We loved the choice of pools and the kids especially liked the infinity pool with the swim up bar which served slushies. I can’t rate this resort highly enough.

The property is an excellent location. Lots to do and easy to get around. We stayed in the villas which were well maintained and gave us room to spread out. I would give more stars to the staff if possible...the staff was fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at the villas. The pool areas are great for both kids and adults, ability to access areas across both properties really good. The dinning options were excellent and the coffee shop, 28g, was good although a little slow on service. It was also a nice walk from the port if you are after different dinning options.

The stay was good. We tried all the restaurants, all the pools (4) and lots of the surrounding area. The Fijian people are wonderful which always makes a stay that much better.

Excellent kids club facilities, special shout out to Sal for being so awesome with our 3 boys!
Wonderful wait staff at Tatavu, very professional and made for a superb dining experience.
Pools were fabulous, lots of different options including an adults only pool.
Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of options to keep everyone happy.
Villas suite was fantastic for our family of 5, made for a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping was great.
Wet Edge bar service was average from some of the staff, there is room for improvement here.
Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely return to Sherton Denarau Villas.

Excellent service by Lia and team from breakfast restaurant team. Great service. Excellent service from Varanese from front desk. These are the few names l can remember but to be honest each and every staff member gave us 10/10 service. Sheraton has the best breakfast and dining In Denarau. Will definitely be my first choice when lam going to go back to Fiji. Vinaka Sheraton.
