Was affordable. Great service by the stuffs.spacious .and neat and tidy rooms and secure.only problem was the pool was mentioned on the website but was unusable dew to cleaning.

Terrible hotel, don’t bother

Terrible hotel. Booked for two nights. The water stopped working on the second nigh without any warning. Couldn’t get hold of anyone at reception. Then someone started knocking on the doors. Appeared to be an intruder checking to see which rooms were empty. Again couldn’t contact anyone at reception. It got so bad we left the hotel and checked into another property.

Property pictures were deceiving. Bed bugs. Aircon didn’t work. Tv didn’t work.

The place was ok. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was a bit lumpy and flat and the blanket was a bit tattered. The shower pressure was a trickle if you wanted warm water. The door did not have a proper chain lock (only on the door handle)and there was a sign to always lock the door, so we felt a little unsafe. Our neighbors were very loud (not the hotels fault). I heard them late into the night, in the middle of the night and they woke me up early in the morning. Our window wouldn't close, so we couldn't block the sound well. And they smoked, so that came though the window as well. The second night was much better. It was in walking distance of a few restaurants (but you have to walk down a dark street to get to the main road.) The staff was friendly and very helpful!

We are now monitoring loud guests, ensuring that they do not disturb our other guests. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the dark street - but it is good for one to know that you have Mercure and Hexagon hotels on each side of the road. Our front office team can organise a taxi if you wish to be dropped off to the nearby restaurants and other night venues. Thank you for highighting our staff being friendly and very helpful. They are an asset and they will go out of their way to ensure you are looked after well.We wish you well and our kind regards.

Staff is good . But it’s really noisy area and not daily basis house keeping.

Our stay at Hotel Oasis was a complete nightmare. The photos we saw on Expedia were nothing like the reality we encountered. Stained bedsheets, a dirty mattress, and an overwhelming stench greeted us upon arrival. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn't work, and we had to endure a cold shower due to the absence of hot water. The pool was far from inviting, and even the toilet paper felt cheap. Dirty towels were the last straw. We are deeply disappointed in Expedia for listing this establishment as a 3-star hotel; it doesn't even meet backpacker standards. We checked out immediately, vowing never to use Expedia again. This experience was a harsh lesson learned."

To our valued guests, please do not come with high expectations thinking you a coming to a branded hotel name such as the Sheraton or Sofitel. This would have been most suitable for you. Hotel Oasis caters to guests on a budget or to those who wish to make use of its central location to the airport, to town, and for tours/excursions.Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, this is a work in progress for other rooms. If you need to be constantly on your phone, when coming to the arrival concourse at the airport, kindly buy a local sim card and top it up with data :)We wish you well!

Really liked the service of the staff , very approachable and receptive to our requests. The facilities were not up to par. We had booked and paid for a room for 4 adults , however , only bedding for 3 was set up upon arrival . Staff did however rectify the situation . Hot water was only available as solar heating , not instant hot water , so we didnt have hot water available for shower. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke throughout the stay, despite staff spraying air freshner, which was merely a temporary solution . The room was not cleaned properly and not up to standard for a "paid accommodation" as the bathroom was dusty and the previous guests had left their bread and tinned food in the cupboards. This reflects how clean the room was .

Yes, they are truly an asset to the company - and will go out of their way to ensure that your request is met.All our rooms have a double and a single bed. It is only set up for 3 adults or 2ad + 1 child in the room.The family room has a double bed and 2 single beds. No other room categories cater to 4 adults. We will be addressing this with Expedia.Our sincere apologies for what you encountered on your arrival but the housekeeping staff made sure that your room was thoroughly cleaned afterwards. You only stayed one night.
