I was happy to find that the room was very clean and the food was really good at the Mexican restaurant downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was horrible. Very squeaky and noisy. TV had no reception. Netflix didn't work. Floor was squeaky. No hot water to take shower. Sink faucet was loose. Only one wash cloth for two people. Very disappointed!!!

The stairs were very difficult for some in our group, we will not stay there again because they are very steep. There was no coffee pot, hair dryer, ice box or plugs for items. For the price we were disappointed.

Posted 25 Aug 2022 on HotelsWe booked online, but did not know there was no tree, nothing green, nothing attractive or welcoming, only a locked entryway to a rooms above a Mexican restaurant. It looked so grim that after failing to contact anyone we drove away, paying for no-show, to find lodging further north in Roseburg.
