We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The bathtub did not drain - and there was no drain stopper. The water pressure was so poor it took 10 minutes to rinse your hair. There was no drain stopper in the sink either. There were no electrical plugs available to plug in phone chargers. The passageway immediately outside the room was dirty and stained. The hottubs had mold and broken tiles. Several of the chairs poolside had mold. Trash cans were overflowing. The property has so much potential and is in a great location. It is just not well cared for or clean.

They had mutiple pools and the beach wasnt ocer crowded

The room was outdated and the furniture was dirty (stained)

Liked the pool, access to the beach, the Inigo Restaurant, the staff Did not like that the key code was a 10 digit code,the toilet leaked, dvd didnt work, elevators were extremly slow.

While I realize this is a pet friendly hotel, we did not feel that our room was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. By the second night, I couldn’t breathe (and I’m not typically allergic to dogs)! The hotel has gone to a keyless entry but the code you have to put in is very sensitive and difficult to use. It’s also about 12 digits long so you have to keep up with your code or put it in your phone, and don’t hesitate for more than 2 seconds! Ours had to be reset! Overall, this not a good experience.
