Sofa had stains, beds were in rough condition sheets and pillows dirty. Bathroom not cleaned and no toilet paper. Got in late and Left after one night.

Last Minute stay

The property is due for an overhaul, it's outdated, Fans have built up dust on them. Problems with water, but they did come deal wth that immediately. The woman I dealt wth wth my phone calls and texts, was always in communication wth me, which is a great thing. The balcony was great though to sit there outside, enjoying the water.

Great View of the Ocean

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Palms condo, managed by Suites at the Beach. The pool was nice and warm, and access to the beach was excellent. The parking was across the street, but very convenient. The custodian was very helpful with what we needed. We had one major problem. The previous visitors had peed all over the sofa bed. It was on the mattress, so we didn't smell it at first. I called the contact person and the custodian showed up right away to take away the mattress and spray down the sofa. The sofa was then too wet to sit on, so we asked for towels and turned on the ceiling fan and went out for awhile. Needless to say the sofa wasn't very comfortable after that. The guy did all he could, but the contact never offered, or mentioned another sofa. Which leads me to think all that will be replaced is the mattress. The previous visitors could have had the courtesy to let them know about the problem. It certainly was not fair to us, or the owners to put up with this.

The property was really good. The hot tubs needed a little work they were not really hot. And the bed skirt was dirty.

I have never stayed at such a narrow room. No ice anywhere. Laundry washer took $2 in quarters. Attendants were useless. And check in has you remembering 3 codes.
