"Staff was great! Toilet in my daughters room was off the wall & we requested maintainer to look at it but it was never fixed. Overall clean & decent. Partial ocean view and we were only on 2nd floor so hard to see the ocean. Tried to upgrade but was told no vacancy. Willing to pay for upgrade but no avail. We always stay at the Dayton House when we come. Hope in 2027 that the construction is gone!"

"The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean. They could use a bit of an update, but for a beach hotel it was really nice. The linens and a couple things were updated. Full kitchen, shower and tub, balcony, partial ocean view was great. So many things to do you don’t ever have to leave the hotel. Parking was included. Right on the beach, nice beach showers too. We would stay again."
