"The lights in the room didn’t not work. The shower gel was empty in the shower and Jo hand soap in lotion is the bathroom dispensers. I would l no recommend staying at this hotels"

"My family and I stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and the front dest associated was nice. Once we got into our room I did my typical inspection of the room. I pulled back the sheets and instantly was disgusted!!! Hair of some sort was all over the beds ( 2 double beds) it looked to be animal hair. I immediately went downstairs...our room was changed immediately. The second room was ok. Knats was coming out the drain, there was a strong odor. But we dealt with it. The night time got real!! Dogs barking, upstairs guest was literally stomping and what sounded like furniture being drugged across the floor!! I was pissed and tired! The next day I asked for towels ( 4 people in a room and they only provide 2 washcloths) the housekeeper had the nerve!! To tell me that they can only provide 2 washcloths per room!! I immediately responded so " are we supposed to share towels) she said yes!! Im angry at this point! Because how is this ok.. as well as sanitary! She was very nasty."

"The staff is excellent with great services from night to day but my rooms thermostat did not work as soon as I walked in the whole room was humid and went the fridge was leaking and no matter if you had the heat or cool on the floors remained wet it was to the point my clothes I left on the chair for the following day were moist that’s how humid the room was you get what you get for the price which I should’ve known but I didn’t expect to have such an experience again this has nothing to do with the staff but everything with the upkeep of the building and the room itself"

"Every night I stayed there I was woken up to people coming in at all hours of the night or early morning shall I say, arguing and fighting with a spouse, and trying to come in my room with their key card. Also animals barking all day long and the smell of weed everyday I stayed. I will never stay there again. I complained about multiple things and the staff did absolutely nothing. The room was not cleaned before it was given to me, there was someone else’s hair left in the shower and the bed was missing the blanket and cigarette burn holes in the thing that goes on top of the blanket. The breakfast was bs, the only good thing they had was the waffles. Who puts out oatmeal pies for breakfast lmao? This place is ridiculous and nothing but addicts in and out."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! worse ever in a motel, the staff was kinda rude, didnt speak much English. When we got to our room, there was someone in the room that they gave us! We were traveling with small children... we walked into our room and there was already people in there... the room didnt look at all updated or anything the pool out side looked very gross. They was wierd people outside. We didnt end up staying we went somewhere esle because it wasnt safe with small kids.. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
