"The front desk agent Saniyah was a huge help. Our flight wasn’t until 5:30p. She was able to give us a late check out. She was polite to us during check in and check out. The hotel gave us free passes to miniature golf course and the go-carts. The only issue I had was the jacuzzi and heated pool water was cold. "
