"everything was great"

"1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. Check in the room, not clean, dirty and not fully ready. Long hair in the bed, bathroom sink not cleaned, etc. Had to go back downstairs for toiletries. The room was old and dirty. Problems with the front door, sliding balcony door, mini fridge had a puddle of water in it, the toilet moved when you sat on it, etc. Very disappointing! Not a good vacation experience. "

"We went when off season so many things were open or open just on weekends - spacious for a family. Musty smell in unit. Plenty of towels and supplies needed. "

"Everything was great except the valet was a little backed up. They did a good job of keeping cars moving and getting people checked in. "

"Said they accept service dogs but would not accept our Esa dogs !!! We never have problems with that if advertising service dogs allowed ! We were left with no room for night and had to scurry to find something last minute!!! Will never stay there!! The line to check in was a mad house!!!!"

"My family and I stayed at this resort and plan to visit again! The room was extremely clean, spacious with a full kitchen and separate living room overlooking the ocean. The resort had heated indoor pools, lazy river and hot tub that we took advantage of, and the outdoor pool had a large area with lots of loungers. It was perfectly located and the staff were very friendly!"

"They could not get us checked on time. Tried 3 different rooms and they all were nasty. Carpet was dirty with molded stains, mold on ceiling, tub was extremely dirty. The amount I paid, definitely was not worth the roooms they tried to put my family in. 4th room we hesitated but stayed bc it was already 6:30 pm and checking was supposed to be at 4. Still disappointed and the toilet was stopped up (no fault of ours) when we got in the room (disgusting). I called front desk 4 times before they picked up and 3 times after before they would Bri f a plunger to the room, then they left it at the door where I had to unclog the previous persons that rented BS. It’s was not worth the $$$ and ruined our vacation basically. The manager was nonchalant she kept walking back to the office and didn’t want to deal with any issues. The 2-3 day of our stay there was no hot water. We stayed 5 days; however I wish I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere but don’t want to face the issue of no vacancy that late in the evening especially with kids. "
