The property is quiet and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and courteous. What I didn’t like is the room I stayed in had a traditional coffee pot and an update to a kerug for pods would be nice for those of us who travel with flavored coffee or cream. There is a Starbucks in the lobby but not all people drink Starbucks. This is not a complaint just a suggestion for those of us who like flavored coffee and cream. It was a great stay an I would recommend the property to others.

Great place especially for the price. Room entry is a disaster with a 10 digit code that I had to have reset multiple times due to not working properly. Need to update door locks and then property is perfect. Close enough to everything, far enough for peace and quiet

Everything was okay. We had a puppy with us which made it challenging because we were put on the 18th floor and at busy times people moving in and out the elevator would stop numerous times going down and most of the time no one could get on because it was full. The dog park next door was nice but it would be better if lazy people would clean up after there dog. Elevator doors were wet most of the time because no one can read the signs to dry off when leaving the pool areas. If you get up early before 8 am there is no coffee available in the hotel except the restaurant . I walked two blocks to a Starbucks to get coffee in the morning. Overall the staff was pretty friendly and everything was okay.

Everything was excellent, the only thing I didnt care for was having to always put a code in to get in the room. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of everything when I had any concerns. The restaurant was definitely a 10/10 as well. Shrimp and grits 😋. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pools. They had a variety of choices for indoor and outdoor. I will give our stay a 10/10.

the property was very clean and the amenities were nice. we did speak to the staff because we were having problems in the elevator and got stuck in it three times and had to call for help and the front desk didn’t seem to concerned about it at all. they didn’t shut the elevator down or anything. we spoke to them twice about it and nothing was fixed and the didn’t apologize to us or anything. we were stuck in the elevator for ten minutes and they didn’t care. other than that everything else was okay

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient.the staff was friendly and professional. The biggest issue we had was the door code. It was temperamental and a real pain to get open. This was especially an issue when I needed to use the restroom.

Definitely pet friendly. The staff were nice. We were on the 3rd floor everything just seems dirty. The bath tub was dirty and hair around the side. The floors were dirty. We had a so call ocean view and you could barely see the ocean and went out on the balcony if you call it that. It was dirty. We didn’t want to even take our shoes off in the room. Cause our feet would get dirty.
