This is a great place to stay away from the real busy stretch of Myrtle Beach main area, much more serene feeling. Yes, across the street from the beach but so open and accessible to it, a 2 min walk. Enjoyed having a facility that is more spread out with walking area, multiple pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, just spacious and not just a tall apartment building.
Do not like the check-in process as they strongly try to get you to attend a meeting where they will explain the Holiday Inn Club Vacation idea to you (basically time share). You don't have to go though, and can just stay here like a hotel. They did call our room once on second morning of our stay and I just firmly told them to please not ask again, we did not want to join the Club Vacations group.

We had a very large unit (2bdrm/2bath), super clean and comfortable!

lazy river filters were so dirty/ stuff floating around and out of them. The place was kind of ols and outdated. smelled like smoke in unit. cleaners left cleaning cloth is unit and zero starter toiletries. no soap,shampoo,etc
