How close is was to the water, and the staff there could answer questions.

it was beyond gorgeous and i loved how close it was to the beach! most beachfront properties have a very long walk and this one did not. not crowded and all staff was very kind to my partner and i! they also upgraded us because of our anniversary!

While our stay was nice, there are some elements that left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, we went to shower and were out of shampoo and body wash. There was also a yellow stain on our sheets. We called the front desk and they sent someone up promptly but the housekeeper aggressively handed me a bag with the new blankets and I changed them. Not a big deal but not what I expected. We were told that we needed to request late checkout the night before if available. When we did this, we were given a very hard time. It took a little bit of flipping through “papers” and “typing” before they agreed to give us 1 extra hour, which we had offered to pay for originally. The woman at the desk told us we can use the resort amenities after checkout using our “renters bands” …. Which we never received at the beginning of our trip. The valet staff was so friendly as was the bartender. Added bonus was the kitchen being stocked and having laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc. overall a nice place and right on the beach/near everything. I just wish that we had that more elevated experience, especially as a Hilton honors member.

Extremely clean. Beautiful kitchen. Amazing views. Would highly recommend a vacation here. Wife is already planning to return next year.
