Construction on the property. The coffee was ice cold. I was charged by Expedia and by the hotel. It took speaking to three people to correct the charge. I will say the Assistant Manager was very helpful and everyone was kind.

Property under construction. We did not notice this. Did not affect rooms or amenities. Room is beautiful

The bad: When we went to check in, we were then notified that there was a problem with our room & they had to switch our suite to 2 rooms that connected via door. I feel like that is something they should contact you for and let you know beforehand. A suite and two normal rooms are two completely different things. Was not happy about that. The floors looked clean, but they were apparently filthy because once we took our shoes off we noticed it had a sticky feeling to it and our 2 year old twins feet got black very quickly (once we noticed the floors were sticky we went to wash their feet & put socks on them & that's when we noticed they were completely black.) Tv stand was an eye sore, half the decorative trim on the front was ripped off. One of the bed farmes was broken, and the bed would lift up off of it if you sat on the edge on one side. One of the tvs was broken & would not turn on. There was construction going on everywhere, inside & outside.. You couldn't use the front entrance because of it. There were wet floors in the lobby area where water was leaking out from the roof. Also, when I made the reservation, I chose *Pay At Check In, but they had already charged my card before we even got there. The good: The staff were all really nice. When we called the front desk & told them the tv wasn't working, someone brought a new one & swapped it out pretty quickly. The room was nice other than the few things I mentioned above. All in all, it was just okay.

It is being remodeled but we knew that before we came because I checked previous guests' comments and saw it was under renovation. I called the hotel directly and they were honest about the renovation process. I appreciated their honesty. Our room was in very good condition and the breakfast room was also in good condition and the breakfast was excellent.

We stay here whenever we’re in town. Love this place, it’s our home away from home. Always clean, very friendly staff and always have hot coffee in the lobby!

Staff was great

Despite the hotel undergoing construction the staff made the stay enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered were very nice and accommodating. No questions asked we asked for a bit of an extension on checkout and this was also arranged. Definitely would stay again!
