I used to stay at the Dunes when I was a child. The last time I stayed there was in April 99. The property has made many great improvements since then. As an adult now, I enjoyed how big the rooms were, the location of the hotel and the how beautiful the beach is. I would and have recommended this place to others. I plan to return next year and moving forward will more than likely make this an annual trip.

Only ad thing about this property is parking is off site. Other than that we will return again!

Didn't like that housekeeping didn't change the sheets on either bed. Other than that the stay was awesome.

Hallways were always littered with towels and face cloths. Carpets were very soiled. Elevators were very dirty. The grounds around the pools were kept very neat and manicured. The beach also was very clean. Staff was very nice housekeeping up in the rooms. Just need to be improved. The beds were extremely hard, but we didn’t spend much time but sleeping each night. Beds are hard as a rock.
We even switched rooms after the first night and the room we went to also suffered the same hard beds and very dated furniture

This property was right in the middle of it all. We had a beautiful view from our room of the beach and the pools. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor water parks. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family next time.
