The receptionist Erica was so rude. We had late check in because our flight got delayed and I already called the hotel about our circumstances and said they will reserve our room. She was raising her voice to me and told me I am no show when I already informed them. The room is okay and bathtub has a cracked on it. We called the maintenance but didnt even do anything about it. They just change our towels and never clean the room on our 3rd day. Didnt even empty the trash. No lifeguard on swimming pool though they have lots of staff that will check our wristband for waterpark pass. The pool time supposed to be until 11pm but it’s already pass 11pm and there’s still a big noise on the pool area. Hotel is near attractions and airport which is the only good side.

Bathroom tub was coming apart at the floor and the wall. Other than that the room was good. Hotel staff was exceptional.

Waste! They charge unnecessary amounts upon check in ( which will take 2-3 hours). Read the reviews before booking!

Right on a beautiful beach! Pool was nice but chilly. Horrible communication with checking in and out. Overall it was a nice location and reasonably priced.

Where do I start? We requested early check in as our flight landed at 7:30am. The Front Desk associate stated they did not have available rooms. She did not even check what type of room we have booked. She took our phone number to call when the room is ready. We went back at 3:30pm, never got a call and she was checking in other guests. Not sure what the issue for the lack of hospitality was… may be the fact that we booked through third party or something else.. We finally got to the room. The room had nothing to do with the advertised room we booked -very dated, furniture worn. Sheets and bathroom clean! That was the only positive! Be aware: concierge pushed us to sign up for a sketchy sales event and charged us a non refundable fee for holding our spot. For this “great” experience we paid over $600 for two night. Not worth it at all!

I liked the arcade. It was all new games and it was clean. I like the water park because it was clean and had plenty to do. I completely detested to restaurant. Waited over an hour for my food and was missing many sides and drinks. Waiter waited till all the food was out to let us know that there wasn’t and gravy or biscuits which was my husbands meal. He had to wait an additional 45 mins to get some pancakes … I will not be dinning at crown reef again.
