The room was visibly okay however you can tell it was not thoroughly cleaned before us. The bathroom was dirty (hair on the floor, nasty tub, etc.) and things were not replaced. We asked for another room or for it to be cleaned and someone from the staff did come clean the bathroom, but we were not offered a better room or anything for the inconvenience. The staff were nice and polite but we were definitely disappointed at the stay. We were placed on the bottom floor and right next to the construction that was loud. I mean good they are renovating but unfortunately it wasn’t in time for our stay. We also had a couple of HUGE roaches visit us during our short stay. At least the area is close to north Myrtle Beach and not too far from the main Myrtle Beach and boardwalk.

Everything was good, some construction going on at the moment, but it never bothered us.

The room smelled moldy and the bathroom was not clean the pool area was not very clean
