"Excellent wifi and proximity to shopping malls and mrt. Fast checkout. Check in was frustrating. I booked the superior queen room but was given the standard queen room. Showed them the pictures posted on Expedia website but they insisted they had given me the superior queen. Finally they gave me one that looked closer to the room I booked. The aircon compressors outside made a continuous loud noise as long as the aircon was on. Renovation was going on outside my door - not a pleasant...

"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."
