Easily accessible. Elevator made a squeaking noise, not no mechanical issues. Room was nice and clean.

Charged a non refundable fee of $50.00 for our pet. I do not know if Expedia knows if there is an additional charge for pets. I think this should be disclosed at time of purchase. The employee could not keep up with the amount of patrons for breakfast. Ran out of most breakfast items. Housekeeping did not clean under the beds. Also, the bathtub paint was flacking off.

First off I got the wrong room. I was supposed to get a bathtub. I am crippled and need it… when we did get a room with a bathtub, I think it had poop in the bathtub and just nasty. I would not consider going to the restroom sitting down. I always stay at Hilton inns and always great. I’ll never stay or recommend Hampton inn ever… It was just a terrible experience, and I never got to take a shower after a long, hot day.
