"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back."

"Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. We would stay in this location and apartment again!"

"This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "
"I love this hotel, is close to everything and also you walk outside and there is a train station to go everywhere.
The hotel was very clean, I had a good streets view and the staff was very friendly always happy to help.
I took the train to go to the airport, to the Real Madrid stadium and more places and is very safe.
100% recommend for everyone."
