Place is in a good location, many accesable places near by to can spend some time, however its quite disappointing during my stay as the steam bath was under repair and its 1 of the main reason why i choose to stay in this hotel. Hence, all are excellent

Amazing trip to Oman

An overall great stay. Room was so big and spacious. Breakfast should be included and it was very expensive for what it was but still very tasty.The location was amazing, I was 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by loads of great places to eat opposite my hotel.

Building and room is quite old. But my room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.

Great staff. Convenient location in town. Bed and room was big, and air con worked well. However more of a business hotel than one for a holiday. Breakfast was good.

Staff did a great effort overcoming an issue

We arrived to the hotel for check-in; however our room wasn't ready as the A/C wasn't working. We came back a few hours later and they informed us the A/C wasn't getting fixed. They moved us to another hotel nearby. The hotel was great and an upgrade of the Ramada which we booked for. This was provided for 1 night only. The next day, we were offered a complimentary upgrade at the Ramada and went into the room to find a fruit basket. It was kind of them. Bottom line, a problem happened but the Ramada team went above & beyond to fix the issue. They were very professional and we are thankful for a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back.

It was clean and good location, but I did not like the fact every time you leave and enter the staff was very intrusive. Unnecessary greetings was getting on my nervous.
