Our room was very noisy from the nearby freeway. We were in a room at the end on the4th floor. We were given a choice of roomswhen we checked in, but when we asked to move 30 minutes later, suddenly the hotel was "full". That was obviously untrue. We let it slide as we had a funeral to attend. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Bad customer service. I stay for one night. Overprice. I made a reservation for two beds, once arrived they told me it was sold out and they gave me one bed.tge receptionist was very cold and rude. I asked foer more blankets and pillows and tgey told me that they didn't have any. Tgat they were going to look and deliver to my room if tgey would able to find any. No one ever showed up with blankets or updates. Horrible experience. I will jecer stay there ever again.

We see you booked a standard room which does not guarantee the room type and two queen beds was requested but was based on the hotel's availability. The hotel was sold out and your request could not be honored due to being sold out. We did try reaching out to you ahead of time regarding. It was clean, and breakfast was tasty, with sufficient choices. Did I say the staff was wonderful? The staff was wonderful. Even when I disagreed with a Keurig coffee maker, Dustin was quick to my aid, patient, and non-judgmental! LOL I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. NannyB

Jennifer the manager was amazing. I was stuck at Denver airport due to missing my connecting flight. My husband was already in Ontario. She helped by adding him so he could check in

The stay here was great. No complaints. Be sure to get a room opposite the freeway for a goodnight sleep.

Staff not helpful when I asked for room on other side of hotel (away from freeway). Told I could either have original room selection or first floor room (single female traveler). Just rude - was told if I walked in the room I’d have to stick with that room.
