Hi TerrenceWe have not seen this comment or feedback before and have no idea what the issue was or the area of concern.As you have departed the motel and left this review and rating without advising staff of any issues of concern, one of our staff will call you to identify what the issue was so we can address it immediately.We do suggest if you are staying anywhere and there is an issue with your accommodation to advise staff straight away so the matter can be resolved.

Check in was smooth and I was offered a complimentary bottle of fresh milk for making tea in my room - that was a lovely touch! A great, well-run motel with excellent facilities. The only downside is that the mattress was rock hard and I didn’t get much sleep because of that - otherwise the Oval Motel
Is great!

This mattress was recently replaced and are normally very comfortable to sleep on, based on feedback from prior guests.If you do happen to need to book again in the future please call our friendly staff to assist you in booking an alternate room that maybe more suitable

Oval Motel was basic but very clean, amazing shower and lovely staff. We would stay here again!
