The hotel is beautiful and calm, the staff are helpful and it is convenient to get to it, a water taxi station is about 4 min walk and the hotel has its own water taxi drop off for private transportation.

Helpful and friendly staff, fully focused on the customer really makes a difference. Although the hotel is not in Venice per se, the distance and travel time is compensated by nice facilities and amazing and caring staff that is customer focused.

New and updated rooms. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.

This was a jewel on Murano! Absolutely fabulous property from the friendly welcoming staff the moment we walked, the spa, the restaurant the rooms, everything was magnificent! Highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I don’t have words that describe the excellent service and the Excellence of Francisca, Elizabetha, Matteo, and Sara with another colleague from the front desk (Colombian guy / sorry forgot his name) including the bellman doing Everything to gave us a memorable stay and Spectacular New Year’s Eve!
