What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date. But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos.

Amazing hotel, lovely clean rooms. Lovely atmosphere. Very accommodating. Has its own pier with hotel transfer continently located right outside Marco Polo airport. 5* all day long. Would love to return.

I would not advise to go to this property. We were deprived of the transfer from airport to hotel by water taxi with a drink which is why I chose this hotel, two days before we were due to go I was sent an email to say the boat was broken and we would have to find our own way to the island.
