First time my husband and went to Germany in Munich and this particular hotel was recommended from a friend. The staff were amazing and friendly! Highly recommend this hotel and when we go back we will definitely be staying here again! Ana was so sweet, helpful and also a pleasure to talk with along with the other staff that would greet every morning and evening when you return from your adventures!

This fantastic location is a five minute walk from the central train station and the pedestrian zone at Karlsplatz. You can get to anyplace in the city and Europe from right outside the door. Two minutes from cappuccino and all of the pastries you could want. The staff was inspiringly kind and helpful. We will be back!

One of the best hotels in terms of service. The day before my arrival, they sent me a form on WhatsApp so that I could quickly check in. I found a bstro, next to the station. The staff quickly handed me a paper with a password for the door and offered me a bottle of beer, since I said that I had come to Munich to drink the famous German beer. Information was sent to the WhatsApp about what you can do in the city and what interesting places there are. I have not seen such helpful staff in an inexpensive hotel for a long time. The room is spacious, although without a window, but there was a window in the bathroom. It's all very interesting to think about it. The location is super. In the morning there are many places nearby where you can drink coffee and sweets. If you go to Munich, don’t hesitate to take this hotel and you will be happy.

Location good. Friendly staff. Little noisy. Rooms are minimal.

Wonderful staff all around, from reception to housekeeping, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, minor cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom but nothing gross. Would recommend having a light blanket as the duvet was too hot and just a sheet was too cold. It is a 2 minute walk to teams and buses. Less than 5 min walk to train station. Street noise was loud at night and construction in the area started early, so definitely bring ear plugs or white noise to drown out the noise. Great stay! Would definitely stay again!

No air conditioning when advertised on Expedia having it! The first person lied to me and try to convinced me AC and air circulation is the same! Then talked to a very nice and apologetic staff who gave me the real story. The owners are waiting to fix it while for a reason that seemed impossible to comprehend. She was noticeably frustrated at having to deal with ineptitude with management. Without AC, had to open windows and hear drunk people outside the whole night. Very noisy without sound isolation. They should me taken off Expedia for knowingly not having AC and yet taking reservations. The silver lining was Expedia's customer service who booked me at a much better property at no extra cost!

It's disheartening to hear your perception of our staff's communication and the suggestion of deception on our part. Our listing on Expedia accurately reflects our amenities. We are a very small team of locals who love our hotel and our city, and enjoy making our guests feel at home.The AC is not broken, it is an environmentally-friendly system which only activates when the outside temperature reaches 16 degrees. Given that the overnight temperature was around 6 degrees, the AC wouldn't have been very effective.
