Nice Hotel, not in the right place for me. Restaurant not the best but the food was fine.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket. Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good. Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested. Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience. I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad. Will definitely not be staying here again.

This is a solid choice for a modern, relatively well priced hotel in a nice neighborhood near the U Bahn. It would have been a bit nicer to be a touch more centrally located, but it is steps away from public transportation and the Lufthansa Airport Bus.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Munich. I was amazed at the quality and location for an affordable price. Rooms are amazing. Very tasteful and modern. Mattress was by far the most comfortable one during my visit to Europe.

The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening.

Hotel good, modern and clean. Located next to the subway U6 which was very convenient for access to central Munich. Stay was very pleasant but breakfast was too expensive £25 for limited fayre.
