Location is close to subway. Front desk people were nice.
Concierege seemed irritated when asked for directions. Then gave directions to the St. john's catholic church which were incorrect.
This might be a problem in southern Germany, but we were surprised that bath water after 5 PM was cold to a little cold. We called about that and were given a key to a new room. No help in moving our luggage. So we moved to a new room and the water was OK. Basically we used what remained of the hot water that was left from earlier in the day. So, a positive thinking tourist would say I should adjust to these strange german ways of the virtue of cold showers or only shower in the morning when the water is hot. But, ladies and gentlemen, this is HILTON. Really? Hilton cannot provide round the clock warm water????

A good quality hotel next to S Bahn station which meant easy access to Munich's excellent transport system.

#8 S Train straight shot to airport is right there.
Several other trains are 2 stops from Marienplatz

We had a 9 pax rental van and the hotel folks parked and retrieved it. Great.
